Place the items in their original CINCO packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
